FAQs

Common queries about our subscription sharing platform. Whether you’re new to pooling premium services or need help with your account, we’ve got you covered.

What is LinkShare.ng?

LinkShare.ng is a platform that helps users in Nigeria share premium subscriptions from popular services, allowing you to access them at a lower cost through pooled or group plans. It’s like splitting the bill for digital subscriptions with others to save money.

How does sharing subscriptions work?

You purchase a spot in a pooled subscription group for services like streaming or software. Once paid, you get immediate access (or within a few hours) via shared credentials or links. All offerings are group-based to keep costs down.

What are the requirements to create an account?

You must be at least 18 years old and based in Nigeria. Sign up with your email and password (or social login). No KYC or verification is needed, just provide basic details like name and phone for account management.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in NGN via bank transfer. You can also deposit funds into your wallet for easier future purchases. We may add 7.5% VAT where applicable.

Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions are monthly and non-cancellable once started. Refunds are generally not available, but exceptions may apply for duplicate payments or non-delivery,  contact support@linkshare.ng for review, and if approved, you’ll get wallet credit.

How do I claim a gifted subscription?

If someone gifts you a subscription, enter the Gift ID on the Claim Gift page to add it to your account. It’s a simple way to receive shared access from friends or family.

What data do you collect, and how is it used?

We collect basics like your name, email, phone, and transaction history to manage your account, process orders, and prevent fraud. We don’t store card details or sell your data see our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens if the shared subscription stops working?

If there’s an issue with access (e.g., due to the original provider), contact support right away. We’ll investigate and aim to resolve it quickly, but note that we depend on third-party platforms, as outlined in our Disclaimer.
